Tasks

• You install and configure new IT hardware and software at our customers' premises.
• You build a standardized IT system infrastructure in doctor's offices, clinics, and hospitals.
• In addition, you perform repairs on already installed components.
• Your tasks also include telephone contact with our customers to answer questions and eliminate error sources.

Qualification

• You have completed an IT training program, for example, as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), Servicetechniker (m/w/d), IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d), Netzwerkadministrator (m/w/d) or bring equivalent qualifications.
• Your reliable and meticulous work with a systematic and customer-oriented approach sets you apart.
• You react flexibly to spontaneous changes and maintain an overview even at high workload densities.
• You have above-average knowledge and interest in computer technology.
• You hold a Class B driver's license.
• You present yourself well and have good manners.
• You enjoy interacting with people.
