Tasks

You are an enthusiastic service technician (all genders) who is eager to bring your skills into IT support and hardware rollouts successfully? Then you're exactly right with us!

• You ensure the operation of a diverse system landscape
• You process tickets considering SLAs
• You eliminate disturbances in 1st & 2nd level support or forward them to subsequent units if necessary
• You take customer inquiries by phone, email, or at our customer counter and process these
• You maintain asset data
• You support IT projects
• You continuously optimize business processes and structures

Qualification

• You enjoy working independently
• You are motivated to develop yourself in the IT world
• You have good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 level)
• You ideally have experience in telephone-based 1st and 2nd level support
• You have basic knowledge of Windows and Office environments
• You have advanced knowledge regarding standard hardware
• You are communicative and team-oriented
