Tasks

• Setup, installation, and replacement of IT workstations and peripheral devices
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and ticket processing at the 1st and 2nd levels
• Installation, configuration, and updating of Windows clients and standard software
• Preliminary preparation, rollout, and provision of end devices including cabling and workstation setup
• Support for IT migrations, hardware replacement, and on-site deployments in customer support

Qualification

• Completed IT training, e.g., as a system integrator (m/w/d), IT systems manager (m/w/d), or IT electronics technician (m/w/d)
• Experience in IT service, particularly installation, replacement, and maintenance of workstation hardware
• Knowledge of Windows client environments and basic network and IT security knowledge
• Experience with Active Directory and Intune (nice-to-have)
• Class B driver's license and a structured, reliable work style
