IT-Servicemanager/in (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

You will develop IT service management strategically and align it with ITIL best practices.

• develop the IT-Servicemanagement further strategically and align it with ITIL-Best Practices
• analyze, evaluate, and continuously optimize existing IT-Serviceprozesse (e.g. Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management)
• design and implement measures to increase service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• develop and maintain key performance indicators, dashboards, and reports for management and relevant stakeholders
• participate in the definition and further development of IT service portfolios and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)
• act as a central interface between internal IT teams, departments, and external service providers
• advise and support IT management on strategic questions in service management
• conduct trainings and workshops for IT teams and departments to sustainably improve processes
• ensure compliance with internal guidelines as well as external standards (e.g. ISO 20000)

Qualifikation

You fit in with us if you ...

• have a completed degree in (Business-) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• have more than 3 years of experience in IT service management or related fields (e.g. process management, IT controlling)
• possess comprehensive knowledge of ITIL processes and are ideally ITIL-certified
• have an outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking ability
• have experience in reporting and working with key performance indicators and can easily handle common reporting tools
• are proficient in MS 365, especially with very good Excel skills (e.g. evaluations, pivot tables, complex table models)
• possess high communication and consulting competence
• work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
