To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the measurement technology, we are looking for an IT Servicedesk Mitarbeiter (m/w/x) in a permanent position at K-tronik. Tasks:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC workstations and IT devices with handover to the user - Information & training of users about the usage possibilities of devices, systems, and integrated software - Operation and maintenance of local IT systems, hardware, and software applications according to operational standards - Taking up and processing error reports using Helpdesk software tool Error analysis and fixing of disturbances, forwarding of disturbances to the next support level - Availability for early/late shifts

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a system integrator (m/w/d) with extended specialized additional qualifications or acquired knowledge/skills in another way - High IT affinity with profound knowledge of PC hardware and the Windows operating system, as well as experience with MS-Office - Basic knowledge of IT networks - Outstanding customer-, service-oriented mindset with language skills - Self-reliant and goal-oriented work style, as well as engaged and team-oriented thinking and working approach - Very good German language skills (at least B2) and technical English (B1) for working with documentation
