Tasks

Operate with foresight: You are responsible for the stable operation of IAM systems and are the first point of contact for technical incidents and service requests.

Support with structure: You process solution-oriented tickets in the IAM environment, carry out standard processes such as password resets and role assignments, and document workflows transparently.

Analyze with system: You analyze disturbances, implement standard solutions yourself or coordinate escalation to the 3rd-level team – with a focus on stability and service quality.

Further development with future-oriented thinking: You proactively bring yourself into the technological further development of IAM infrastructure and shape with us secure IT systems for tomorrow.

Qualification

• A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
• Interest in IT and IT security with a focus on IAM
• Eigenverantwortliche and solution-oriented working style
• Readiness for on-call duty (24/7) in the shift model
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Team spirit and empathy for a valuing and family-like atmosphere within our dynamic team

Nice-to-have: Basic knowledge of LDAP · Active Directory · Azure AD (Entra ID) · Understanding of user lifecycles · Approval workflows · Experience with service management tools (e.g. Jira) · Basic knowledge of MFA · SSO · Kerberos · Knowledge in ITIL
