We are looking for motivated IT Service Technikers (w/m/d) for 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-Level-Support. Whether you're a newcomer, a career changer or an experienced IT professional – what matters most is your motivation, engagement, and willingness to develop yourself.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Troubleshooting and service requests in 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-Level-Support
• Analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems in the Microsoft environment
• Installing, configuring, and commissioning clients, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices
• Carrying out rollouts, migrations, and IT changes
• Installing and commissioning new IT workstations and infrastructure components
• Administering and supporting Microsoft Windows client- and server-systems
• Supporting the maintenance of Microsoft 365- and Azure-environments
• Analyzing and resolving network issues in LAN-, WAN-, and WLAN-environments
• Collaborating on IT projects, modernizations, and infrastructure measures
• Documented activities and maintenance of tasks in the ticket system
• Straightforward contact person for our customers on-site and remotely

Qualification

Your profile

For 1st-Level-Support

• Basic IT knowledge through training, retraining, study, internships or private projects
• Pleasure in dealing with customers and technical questions
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Windows, hardware, and networks
• High willingness to learn and motivation

For 2nd-Level-Support

• Good knowledge in the Microsoft environment
• Experience in analyzing and resolving errors
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networks or server systems
• Self-reliant and solution-oriented working style

For 3rd-Level-Support

• Fundamental knowledge in Microsoft Server, networks, virtualization, security, and/or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with migrations, implementations, and complex IT projects
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
