IT Service Technician (m/f/d) - 1439

To strengthen our Managed Service Team, we are looking for a 1st & 2nd Level IT Technician and Support in Field Service (m/f/d).
You will support our customers on-site in Berlin, Hannover, and Saxony or from your home office, assisting with technical malfunctions, rollouts, and IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Error analysis and troubleshooting in hardware and software areas
• 1st-2nd Level support for Windows workstations and Microsoft environments
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of clients, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices
• Performing hardware replacement, rollouts, moves, and IMAC/IMACD services and documenting in the ticket system
• Supporting the Service Desk/Managed Service Team
• Assisting with IT projects and rollouts at various customer locations, partly also from home office

Qualifications

• Professional experience in IT support or field service
• Experience with Windows clients and standard hardware
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as strong service and customer orientation
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for customer assignments
