IT Service Specialist (m/w/d) - Focus IT Support

Our IT Service Specialist (m/w/d) - Focus IT Support will be responsible for the following tasks: • Providing first-level support for internal customers; • Identifying and resolving technical issues; • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems; • Developing and maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures; • Participating in the development of innovative solutions; • Ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines and standards. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in computer science, information technology or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in IT support; • Proficiency in MS Office applications; • Knowledge of Windows operating systems; • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL); • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
