Job description
We’re looking for an ITSM Release Management Analyst to join a fast-paced technology team supporting critical payment systems. Your Role: Plan and coordinate technology releases. Work with development, QA, and operations for smooth deployments. Manage risks, track KPIs, and report on releases. Improve release processes and ensure compliance. You Bring: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5 years of release management experience. Knowledge of ITIL, SDLCs, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps.
