IT Service Owner

Job Description
We are looking for an IT Service Owner who will take complete responsibility for the IT ecosystem of the holding: infrastructure, applications, suppliers, and digitalization.
The role is governance and coordination, not helpdesk or programming. You will have autonomy, visibility at the top management level, and a real impact on how the organization functions.
Main responsibilities:
🧭 Governance & Coordination IT
- manage the end-to-end functioning of IT services
- define and maintain security, access, and continuity standards
- coordinate IT suppliers (infrastructure, cloud, applications)
- prevent operational and security risks
- servers
- cloud
- VPN
- backup & disaster recovery
- monitor costs and infrastructure performance
- collaborate with specialized suppliers (do not execute alone)
coordinate:
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- ERP / accounting systems
- document management solutions
- BI & reporting (QLIK, Power BI)
- participate in the decision to migrate to modern SaaS solutions
- propose and implement automation solutions
- coordinate developments Power Automate / BI
- contribute to AI & intelligent agent projects (internally or with partners)
- integrate new solutions with existing systems
- manage user access (onboarding / exit)
- ensure sensitive data is protected
- collaborate with management to respect GDPR requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT, experienced in:
- coordinating suppliers
- infrastructure & applications
- cloud media
- experience in a complex organization or holding is a plus
- solid understanding of IT infrastructure
- experience with Microsoft 365
- knowledge of IT security
- BI / reporting (QLIK, Power BI – advantage)
- automations (Power Automate – advantage)
