IT-Service Employee (M/W/D)

We are looking for a reliable, structured IT-SERVICE EMPLOYEE (M/W/D) on a MINIJOB-BASIS at FAKT GmbH in Heimertingen.

Tasks

• Support in 1st Level Support: Handling of software and hardware problems
• Administration of user accounts and access rights
• Maintenance and upkeep of IT systems
• Support for IT projects, e.g. smaller automation or digitalization tasks
• Documented IT processes and creation of simple instructions
• Participation in IT security (password management, backups)

Qualification

• Enrolled student (e.g. computer science, business informatics, technology) or parent on parental leave with technical interest
• Experiences with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Fundamental knowledge of network technology, comfortable handling office tools
• Self-reliant, structured and reliable work style
• Good communication skills, also remote
• Reliability and high willingness to learn
