Your Tasks
• Monitoring and coordination of the system landscape of the Document Provisioning Services
• Configuration and management of workflows in the Document Provisioning System
• Planning and implementation of process and configuration changes in the context of Change and Release
• Operational release and introduction of new or changed processes and products
• Participation in projects to shape and design the Document Provisioning platform, as well as implementing system configurations
• Coordination and collaboration with departments, application development, and platform operators
• Creation of system reports, as well as accompanying and analyzing disturbance situations

Mandatory Requirements
• Advanced knowledge in NTWare sysHub
• Advanced knowledge in DocBridgeMill+
• Advanced knowledge in Release and Change Management
• Advanced knowledge in ITIL processes
• Fluent German
• Proficient English

Desirable Requirements
• Experience in workflow programming and system configuration for Document Provisioning Systems
• Knowledge of the platforms Windows and Linux
• Experience with AD interfaces, Powershell scripting, and Java development
• Experience in creating system reports, analyzing disturbance situations, and incident management
• Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and assertiveness
