Aufgaben

• Structured control and prioritization of tickets in the Service Desk via PSA systems
• Planning, leading, and documenting IT customer projects (migrations, rollouts, M365 & Azure)
• Ensuring SLA compliance, service quality, and process conformity according to ITIL standards
• Technical analysis of complex disturbances and support in escalations
• Coordination of customer onboarding and optimization of internal service processes and automations
• Professional guidance of the team and close cooperation with the management

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in IT service management or IT project management in an MSP or IT service provider environment
• Fundamental technical understanding in Microsoft 365, Azure, networks, and security
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management (certification desired)
• Experience in project coordination: rollouts, migrations, cloud projects
• Safe handling of PSA or ticket systems
• Structured working style, self-responsibility, and clear communication – internally and with customers
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• High problem-solving competence and self-responsible work
