IT-Service Manager

We are looking for an IT-Service Manager (m/w/d) immediately, unlimited, full-time, hybrid work model.

You will support our customers in operating applications and services (hybrid work model: at the customer's location in Munich, office in Munich, home office) and be available as a central point of contact for users with your team. You will also support your colleagues in planning releases, maintenance or new requirements.

Tasks

The following tasks are part of your responsibility:

• First point of contact for the operation of our key accounts' applications
• Fachliche coordination of disturbances, problems and changes
• Technical analysis and qualification of disturbances and changes
• Technical conception of new requirements
• Counseling on introducing new components and processes
• Moderation of different departmental committees
• Conducting reviews
• Quality assurance and process optimization

Qualification

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics or equivalent education
• Ideal candidate with at least 3 years of experience in the managed IT services environment
• Professional and communicative approach to large customers
• Ideal candidate with ITIL certification or understanding of ITIL processes Incident/Problem/Change
• Fundamental knowledge of JAVA, SQL, SAP, Windows Server
• Understanding of enterprise applications and IT infrastructure
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Fluent German skills
• English skills in writing and speaking
