ALTEN Mexico is looking for an IT Service Management (ITSM) Specialist to join our team. As an IT Service Management (ITSM) Specialist at ALTEN Mexico, you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining IT service management processes and procedures, • Collaborating with the IT department to ensure alignment with business objectives, • Providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders on IT service management best practices, • Analyzing and resolving IT incidents and problems, • Maintaining accurate records of all IT service management activities, • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service management processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, • 2+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or a related field, • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices, • Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar, • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
