IT Service & Infrastructure Manager (w/m/d)

CONYU is a northern German private cloud and managed service provider for regulated companies from pharmaceuticals, chemistry, medical technology, and life sciences.

We operate high-sensitive and business-critical IT systems – from ERP and document management systems to platforms for clinical studies up to analysis and financial applications.

We do not understand ourselves as mere infrastructure providers, but as strategic partners who are responsible for complete IT services and relieve customers. As an IT Service & Infrastructure Manager, you will be part of this team and take responsibility for the operation, quality, and further development of our IT services – hands-on and together with the team. You ensure that services run stably, securely, and transparently, SLAs are met, and our customers feel reliably taken care of.

Aufgaben

Service & Betrieb

• Responsibility for the stable operation and quality of our IT services
• Monitoring and further development of services within our private cloud
• Handling and steering of incidents in an ITIL-based ITSM
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of changes
• Surety of SLAs being met
• Responsibility for support and service topics
• Preliminary preparation and conduct of customer satisfaction surveys

Infrastruktur, Systeme & Administration

• Administration and support of customer applications
• Care for Microsoft-365 environments
  (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, user and device management)
• Active accompaniment of data center operations
  (e.g. server installation, renovations, testing)
• Preliminary on-site deployments in the data center as well as rare deployments at customers

Weiterentwicklung, Projekte & Qualität

• Review of performance delivery for quality and contractual conformity
• Introduction of corrective measures and escalation when necessary
• Initiation, accompaniment, and implementation of projects
• Surety of regulatory requirements being met
• Support during customer audits in the area of IT service management
• Participation in IT emergency exercises and tests

Qualifikation

What you should bring with you

• Completed IT-related education or comparable practical experience
  (e.g. computer science, system administration, IT service)
• Experience in the IT service and/or infrastructure field
• Understanding of ITIL-based service processes
• Very good technical understanding in Windows Server & Clients and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware and/or Proxmox) is advantageous
• Experience in dealing with ITSM systems and documented operational procedures
• Structured, responsible working style
• Able to prioritize tasks and organize independently
• Readiness to take responsibility and actively drive topics forward
• Experience with regulated environments (e.g. GxP, ISO) is advantageous –
  decisive are caution, reliability, and quality awareness.
