Aufgaben

• You take over the second-level support and are the central point of contact for users in the daily use of IT systems – from qualified ticket processing to telephone support and on-site deployments.
• In addition, you support the 1st- and 2nd-level support in analyzing and resolving issues, particularly in the areas of client hardware, software, user permissions, and data maintenance.
• You are responsible for the maintenance, replacement, and ongoing care of hardware and software components and ensure a smooth operation.
• The administration and maintenance of central systems and databases, such as CMDB, email systems, and VPN infrastructure, are also part of your job.
• You actively participate in the further development and optimization of modern workplace and IT infrastructure.
• As a competent point of contact, you advise and support colleagues in technical matters.
• You also coordinate your tasks independently and work on IT projects to continuously improve the system landscape.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed education in the IT sector and relevant work experience in the IT industry.
• You are characterized by an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking and working style.
• A strong service orientation and the joy of supporting users competently and solution-oriented, you bring with you.
• You have in-depth knowledge of common Microsoft technologies, particularly in the Windows and Office areas.
• It would be ideal if you are familiar with the basics of ITIL and have already gained practical experience with corresponding processes.
• You also bring experience in supporting or guiding less experienced team members.
