These future tasks suit you…

• Central point of contact for all IT-related questions and support requests via telephone, email, and Jira ticketing system
• Receiving, classifying, and prioritizing tickets as well as processing IT incidents
• Providing 1st and 2nd level support for the central POS system and potential escalation to specialized IT teams
• Supporting stores with IT topics, including remote support, maintenance, and IT supervision of new openings
• Administration of IT systems (e.g., Windows, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SQL Server)
• Proactive system monitoring and daily monitoring and ensuring data and system backups
• Coordination/management of external service providers and ensuring agreed SLAs
• Maintenance of IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset management
• Support and participation in IT projects
• Ensuring and complying with IT policies and security standards
• Management of warranty and service contract documents as well as coordination of repairs and replacements
• Participation in on-call duties outside of regular working hours, as well as on weekends and holidays

You fit with us if you…

• Have completed vocational training in the IT field and have initial professional experience in IT support
• Can demonstrate extensive knowledge in the Windows environment (certification is an advantage)
• Have an ITIL certification (if applicable)
• Have a goal- and results-oriented way of working characterized by very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are strong in communication, act friendly and service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
• Possess very good German and good English language skills
