IT Service Desk - Knowledge of German and Hungarian languages

• Manage IT calls and incidents, including identification, documentation, classification, prioritization, and initial support based on procedures provided to ensure high-quality services to clients.
• Provide assistance to end-users through phone and remote assistance tools
• Ensure first-line analysis and provide assistance, including identifying problems and implementing solutions or solutions for user requests
• Record calls and incidents in a standard-defined platform (ITSM tool)
• Be responsible for correctly classifying and prioritizing received calls
• Involves, if necessary, other support groups in resolving by transmitting the error ticket to the corresponding support group.
• Execute service requests (e.g., password reset)
• Communicate and escalate problems at functional (level n) or hierarchical (officer superior) levels
• Continuously document work, update knowledge base continuously
• Communicate and resolve, if possible, complaints and escalations
• Communicate with all departments as needed and transmit information correctly, completely, and on time
• Respect internal regulations and company procedures.
