Aufgaben

We are looking for IT magicians in the service desk (all genders) in full-time at our Hamburg location as soon as possible. Here, you can expect the following tasks:

• You will take on detailed software and hardware issues in the large customer field professionally.
• You will process the issues in the ticket system: prioritization, classification, and documentation.
• You will conduct error analyses and implement measures.
• You will provide remote support and offer solutions.
• You may forward issue cases to subsequent units if necessary.

Qualifikation

• You are IT-affine and work well in a team.
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 level), good English language skills are an advantage.
• You are confident in handling Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• You have completed vocational training in the IT field or work experience in the IT support field (nice to have).
