For our clients, we develop individual IT solutions and offer services and support from our own data center. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated IT Service Desk Agent.

• 1st level support for our clients
• Classification and processing of support requests
• Handling of tasks via ticket system
• Communication with clients

• Education in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk
• Good knowledge of common IT systems and applications
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (native speaker)
• Service-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
