IT Service Delivery & Applications Head | Banking sector

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to oversee IT operations, enterprise platforms, and technology initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT functions, driving automation initiatives, supporting enterprise applications, and leading application development and integration projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and experienced in managing technology teams while working closely with business stakeholders. Responsibilities include: • Overseeing IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and services; • Developing and implementing strategic plans for IT service delivery and applications; • Leading and managing technology initiatives across the organization; • Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology needs; • Managing budgets and resources for IT projects and initiatives; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards; • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT team. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in managing technology teams; • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, applications, and infrastructure; • Proven track record of driving automation initiatives and leading application development projects; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
