About the team: We develop IT systems supporting LPP's logistics processes in the outbound area: shipments to stores and e-commerce customers, international transport, courier integrations, commercial documentation, invoicing, and data exchange with external partners. We work in a distributed ecosystem where transport, warehouse, invoicing, ERP systems, and the integration layer interact. We use REST, SOAP, ESB integrations, message brokers, and Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. We are looking for someone who likes ambitious goals, complex system challenges, and wants to have a real impact on large-scale solutions. This role is for someone who can independently manage a topic, organize complexity, and translate it into concrete project decisions. What is important to us: * You have at least 4 years of experience in system analysis, IT system design, or a technical role close to development. * You know SQL well and can independently analyze data in relational databases, including writing complex analytical queries. * You have experience in system modeling in Enterprise Architect or a similar tool and are fluent in UML and BPMN. * You understand REST, SOAP, ESB integrations, queues, and message brokers and can analyze data flows in a distributed architecture. * You can analyze edge cases, identify inconsistencies and risks, and propose concrete system solutions. * You create clear documentation, such as specifications, AS-IS/TO-BE process descriptions, diagrams, and acceptance criteria, and treat it as a team work tool. * You know AI tools supporting analytical and technical work, including AI assistants in IDE and CLI, MCP, and ways to safely use AI for code, data, documentation analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks. * You take responsibility for your area, act independently, and thrive in collaboration with developers, QA, architects, and the Engineering Manager. * You know Polish at C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level. * Readiness for hybrid work (min. 3 days in the office). Nice to have: * Experience in logistics, transport, e-commerce, or TMS, WMS, or ERP class systems. * Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and PostgreSQL in the context of data analysis and business logic. * Knowledge of microservices architecture and communication patterns in distributed systems. * Experience with an integration layer based on ESB and message brokers, e.g., Kafka or RabbitMQ. * Mentoring experience or experience in leading junior analysts. * Knowledge of Scrum/Agile and working with Jira and Confluence. What you will do: * Verify and refine business requirements and translate them into system requirements and technical solution proposals. * Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes and indicate the impact of changes on systems, integrations, and data. * Design system requirements and co-create technical solutions in collaboration with the development team. * Create and maintain analytical and technical documentation in Enterprise Architect and Confluence. * Model processes, data flows, and system behaviors in UML and BPMN. * Analyze and design synchronous and asynchronous integrations between internal systems and external partners. * Analyze data in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases and verify system logic based on SQL, documentation, and available technical sources. * Identify process and system bottlenecks and propose improvements. * Collaborate with business users, key users, project managers, architects, developers, testers, and external partners. * Actively influence analysis standards and the quality of solutions in the outbound logistics area.
