To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Supporter (m/f/d) for Service Desk and Field Service in full-time, who takes responsibility and enjoys direct customer contact.

Responsibilities

Your role with us

As an IT Senior Supporter (m/f/d), you are the face and voice for our customers – you ensure that their IT simply works and they can concentrate on their core business.
You are the first point of contact, work largely independently, and at the same time, you always have the entire team behind you – with us, no one remains alone with a problem.

This awaits you specifically in the office/home office by arrangement:

• Monitoring and intelligent distribution of incoming tickets within the team
• Acceptance and documentation of support hotline calls
• Independent handling of support tickets (First and Second Level)
• Following up on open cases and ensuring timely completion
• Hardware installation

...& in field service with our own fleet of vehicles:

• Fixed days on-site at our customers' premises
• Hardware delivery and configuration
• Fast emergency management directly at the customer's site

You are the conductor of our Service Desk and at the same time the rescuer in need – with 100% backing and a lot of variety.

Qualifications

What you ideally bring

Must-have:

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, network administrator, or a comparable qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
• Driver's license category B
• Practical knowledge in:
  - Microsoft operating systems (servers & clients)
  - Server administration including Active Directory
  - Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc.)
  - Network technology (firewall, routing, switching – ideally Sophos, LANCOM, Ubiquiti)
  - Modern telephone systems (3CX, Placetel, Teams telephony, etc.)
  - Virtualization (preferably Proxmox, but VMware/Hyper-V are also great)

Nice-to-have

• Competencies in staff management
• Basic knowledge in the area of OpenSource (Linux, etc.)
