IT-Security Starter (m/w/d)

Your Entry into Cyber-Security

Newcomers or lateral entrants? With us, you'll start through – with a structured 12-month program on site in Stuttgart, which will turn you into an IT-Security expert. You'll rotate through various teams, gather real-world experience, and find your specialization. At the end, an unlimited position awaits you.

Your Program in 12 Months

• Rotation through all technical core areas: Support, Network Security, SOC, WAF/IAM
• A glimpse beyond the horizon: Insights into Security Consulting, Project Management, Sales, HR& Finance, and Partner Management
• Personal Mentors and Training Buddies by your side
• Your development will be continuously accompanied – with regular feedback and clear milestones
• Optional: Preparation for the IHK examination for Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (parallel to the program possible, duration 4.5 years)
• You'll work together with other trainees – you won't learn alone
• After successful completion: Unlimited takeover in the area that best fits your strengths

Tasks

• Systems connect, manage, and secure (Linux & Windows)
• Work with firewalls and VPN connections
• Implement IT-Security technically and compliance-conformally
• Accompany customer projects – from planning to implementation
• Demonstrate knowledge and share it within the team

Qualification

You bring this with you

No completed IT studies required – we're interested in your practical experience and willingness to learn.

Ideal would be if you had:

• A great affinity and enthusiasm for IT (e.g., built your own network, Linux as an everyday operating system, game programming, main point of contact for all IT problems in your friend and family circle etc.)
• Already gathered practical IT experience – regardless of whether from web development, support, administration, or another tech area (Security knowledge, we'll teach you!)
• A desire to delve into complex topics and learn independently
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as solution-orientedness
• Team player mentality – You work well in a team
• Good German and English language skills
