IT Security Project Manager - Brussels - ASAP Start - Freelance / CDI

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple IT security projects from goal definition to final delivery. Collaborate with architecture teams to design and implement optimal solutions. Oversee project execution using Prince2/PMP and Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing risks, budget, quality, security, and change. Work closely with the Security team to ensure alignment with governance frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements (ISO27001, NIS2, CIS Controls). Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder engagement and effective communication. Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and security standards. Coordinate with IT teams to integrate security solutions into existing infrastructure. Provide guidance and support to team members on security best practices and compliance requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during project execution. Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and quality. Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.
