IT Security Manager

Staff4Me is seeking a skilled IT Security Manager to join our team. As an IT Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall security of our company's information systems. You will develop and implement security strategies and policies to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will lead incident response efforts and provide guidance to the IT team in managing security incidents. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's information systems. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats. Implement and maintain a robust security architecture to protect against cyber attacks. Lead incident response efforts and provide guidance to the IT team in managing security incidents. Develop and implement training programs for employees on security best practices and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives. Provide regular security reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT Security Management. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
