As IT-Security Manager (m/w/d), you develop and steer the ISO-27001-based ISMS, responsible for risk management, governance, audits, and reporting, and anchor a security culture in the company. For this, you bring several years of IT-security experience, deep expertise in standards like ISO 27001 and IEC 62443, as well as a suitable certification with you. Tasks

• Further development, maintenance, and optimization of the ISO-27001-ISMS, including policies, controls, processes, and audit-readiness
• Conducting risk assessments, deriving measures, and steering through clear KPIs/KRIs
• Etablishing security principles, secure-by-design, and awareness programs to strengthen the security culture
• Planning and accompanying internal/external audits as well as ensuring audit-ready, efficient documentation
• Creating informative security reports and close cooperation with management, IT, engineering, and OT for implementing security initiatives

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in the field of business informatics or computer science
• Multiple years of practical experience in the fields of IT-security and building and operating an ISMS ISO27001, which you can demonstrate
• Fundamental knowledge in security standards like ISO 27001, IEC 62443, as well as a certification as auditor/implementer or CISM ISO27001 that characterizes your profile
• You had first contacts with regulatory framework conditions like NIS2 and Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
