IT Security Lead - 115k.

We are looking for no operational admin role, but a strategically thinking personality who recognizes, prioritizes, and structurally addresses security risks before they become a problem.

Tasks

• Development and further development of Information-Security-Richtlinien, Standards und Prozessen
• Building and maintenance of a company-wide Security-Strategie und Roadmap
• Identification, evaluation, and prioritization of information security risks
• Follow-up and control of security initiatives and measures
• Conducting reviews and spot checks to ensure compliance with security guidelines
• Sensitizing and training employees for information security
• Presentation of decision-making bases and Management-Reports für Geschäftsführung und ISO
• Closely working together with IT, departments, and group-wide interfaces

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in the field of Information Security / IT Security
• Very good understanding of common standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST)
• Experience in recognizing and structurally resolving risks early on
• Able to clearly and addressably communicate complex matters
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Certifications (e.g. CISM, CISA, CISSP) are a plus, but not a must
