We are seeking an IT Security Governance Manager to play a key role in strengthening IT governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading player in the financial services sector, where you will help maintain a secure and compliant IT environment while driving governance excellence.

• IT Governance Frameworks & Compliance:
  Develop, maintain, and enforce IT governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  
• Identity & Access Management (IAM):
  Oversee user and privileged access reviews, enforce timely revocation of access, and support audit activities to strengthen access controls.
  
• IT Security Governance:
  Lead configuration baseline reviews, firewall rule assessments, and implement remediation measures to close compliance gaps.
  
• Quality Assurance Oversight:
  Manage the full lifecycle of IT Quality Assurance reviews, ensuring alignment with control objectives, MAS TRM, and internal governance standards.
  
• Process Improvement:
  Identify gaps in IT processes, recommend improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Partner with stakeholders to ensure IT governance initiatives meet business needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  
• Industry certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, SSCP, CompTIA Security+) preferred.
  
• 3-4 years' experience in IT governance, assurance, IAM, system hardening, or firewall rule review.
  
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, MAS TRM, Cyber Hygiene).
  
• Proven ability to identify and close governance/process gaps.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
