Our team is responsible for the company's IT security. Together, we develop security standards, processes, and measures and oversee their implementation in close collaboration with the IT specialist departments. We form the interface between operational implementation and strategic decisions regarding cybersecurity. Simultaneously, through communication, workshops, and awareness measures, we contribute to continuously strengthening the security awareness of our colleagues.

• You support our security teams in the organization, coordination, and follow-up of security measures, projects, and processes
• With your structured way of working, you ensure that tasks, risks, decisions, and measures are transparently documented and successfully implemented
• Together with the security experts, you prepare workshops, meetings, and security committees and assist in the creation of reports and presentations
• You collaborate with various IT specialist departments and promote smooth coordination of security-relevant topics
• You support the maintenance and further development of security documentation, policies, and processes
• In a collegial environment, you work closely with our security specialists and other departments and gain exciting insights into the world of information security

• You have completed vocational training, a degree, or a comparable qualification in the IT, commercial, or organizational field
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in the IT, project, process, or organizational environment
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and can maintain an overview even with multiple topics at once
• Working with Microsoft 365 is second nature to you; initial experience with Jira is an advantage
• You are interested in information security, IT topics, and digital technologies and want to develop further in this area
• You approach people openly, enjoy working in a team, and are motivated to drive topics forward
• You have good German language skills, both written and spoken, and can prepare information understandably and targeted to the audience
