Aufgaben

In your role as IT-Security Consultant (m/w/d) in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will work on challenging IT-Security projects.
You develop and implement solutions around Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, Identity Federation and API-Management – technically deep, strategically relevant.

Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance & Administration (IGA): Implementation of new technologies in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Development of IAM solutions that combine IT-Security, Compliance and Efficiency
• Conceptualization of Security Architectures for User and Role Management, Authorization Management and Single Sign-on (SSO) – on-premises and in the Cloud / Cloud-Security

IT-Security & IAM-Plattformen – Optimierung & Betrieb

• Optimization of existing IT systems and IAM platforms through continuous updates, Security-Hardening and Automatisierungen
• Safeguarding reliability, performance and highest security standards
• Operation and further development of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, MFA (Multi-Factor-Authentifizierung) and SSO to ensure a stable, secure IT infrastructure

IT-Security Consulting & Incident Management

• Analyse and resolution of complex disturbances and incidents in IAM systems
• Tight cooperation with IT-Security teams, departments and customers
• Integration of new applications into existing IAM landscapes; Support for Security Audits, Risk Assessments and Compliance Requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz)

Cloud-Security, Zero Trust & Automatisierung

• Design of future-proof IT-Security solutions around Identity Federation, API-Security / API-Management, Identity Lifecycles / Lifecycle-Management, Zero-Trust-Models and Cloud-Security
• Cloud-Security, Zero Trust & Automatisierung: Design of future-proof IT-Security solutions around Identity Federation, API-Security / API-Management, Identity Lifecycles / Lifecycle-Management, Zero-Trust-Models and Cloud-Security
• Conceptualization and implementation of Automation (e.g. with PowerShell, Scripting), Self-Service Portals and modern IAM workflows

Qualifikation

Ausbildung

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a comparable education in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemadministrator, IT-Security Specialist)

Erfahrung

• Fundamental knowledge of LDAP-based directory services, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policy Objects (GPO) and modern authentication methods like MFA, SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect and Kerberos
• IAM or PAM solutions such as Microsoft, OpenText, One Identity, SailPoint or comparable Identity-&-Access-Management-Tools
• Linux operating systems, container technologies like Kubernetes or Docker is a big plus – as well as knowledge in scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python)

Arbeitsstil

• A self-responsible, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for consulting, advising and IT-Security projects.

Sprache

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills for cooperation with customers and manufacturers.
