IT Sales Agent - Remote Work

Company Brebrand SRL is hiring: IT Sales Agent – 100% remote (phone) work. About us: Brebrand SRL is a company specializing in branding and visual identity services for businesses. What we're looking for: We're looking for a communicative person (Romanian language skills sufficient) organized and results-oriented, who can join our team as an IT Sales Agent. Activity takes place exclusively remote, through phone calls. Responsibilities: Contacting clients from a provided list; Presenting our branding services in a clear and convincing manner; Calls last, on average, under a minute – the agent may call as many clients as they like per day (usually a few hundred); The main objective is to achieve the highest possible acceptance rate of our offer, not just the volume of calls; From experience, approximately 1-2 clients out of 100 accept the offer, but individual performances can be higher. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills; Desire to learn and develop in the field of sales; Access to a phone and stable internet connection; Experience in phone sales constitutes an advantage, but is not mandatory. We offer: 100% remote work (from home); Fixed net salary: 2,600 RON; Additional commission of 50 RON per client who accepts the offer; List of clients provided by the company; Constant training and support from the team; Real opportunities for growth and bonuses based on performance.
