IT Risk & Compliance Specialist

Job Objective

We are looking for a professional to support the management of technology risks, controls, compliance, and audits, collaborating with different areas to identify risks, follow up on remediations, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Follow-up and support in the remediation of vulnerabilities and End of Life.
• Follow-up on compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulations.
• Risk assessment related to payment applications and their infrastructure.
• Identification, evaluation, follow-up, and communication of risks.
• Coordination with different teams and areas within global organizations.
• Follow-up of activities, compliance with deadlines, escalation, and risk reporting.
• Integration of Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Technology Risk, Controls, IT Audit, Information Security, or related areas.
• Knowledge of networks, infrastructure, application development, and information security.
• Knowledge of technology policies, corporate standards, and regulations.
• Advanced English, with the ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
• Analytical skills, organization, autonomy, and follow-through.
• Ability to transform ambiguous situations into concrete, actionable, and measurable activities.

Desirable

• Experience in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of payment systems such as SPEI, SPID, SWIFT, or checks.
• Experience in corporate or global environments.
• Profiles with little experience but with high potential, analytical skills, and interest in developing in Technology Risk and the financial sector are also considered.
