IT-Regular Technician (m/w/d) in Wuppertal

We are looking for several IT-Regular Technicians (m/w/d) for a renowned customer.

Tasks

• Maintenance of the IT environment at a fixed location
• Acceptance and solution of IT problems
• On-site support as well as telephone/remote solutions
• Ticket creation for disturbances
• Hardware support for Windows Notebooks/Detachables/Convertables; MacBooks; iPhones/iPads
• Support for operating system-related software such as iOS/iPadOS, MacOS, Windows 10, MS Office, VDI Software
• Issuance and return of notebooks
• Maintenance of German- and English-speaking users

Qualification

• Completed IT training, e.g. for a Systems Integration Technician (m/w/d), IT System Administrator (m/w/d), IT Electronics Technician (m/w/d), IT Technician (m/w/d), Hardware Technician (m/w/d), Support Technician (m/w/d), etc.
• Or 1 year of practical experience
• Experience with self-installing, repairing, and upgrading hardware and software
• Knowledge in networking, Win 10/11, Office 365
• Cabling and connecting IT devices,
• User experience in a ticket system or comparable documentation workflow
• The user's concern is important to you; you work independently and goal-oriented
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as secure English for support calls
• Driver's license for personal vehicles
