We are looking for a renowned customer as IT-Regular Technician (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Maintenance of the IT environment at a fixed location
• Acknowledgment and solution of IT problems
• On-site support as well as telephone/remote solution
• Taking notes on disturbances and creating tickets
• Hardware support for Windows Notebooks/Detachables/Convertables; MacBooks; iPhones/iPads
• As well as support for operating system-related software such as iOS/iPadOS, MacOS, Windows10, MS Office, VDI Software
• Issuance and return of notebooks
• Maintenance of German- and English-speaking users

Qualification

• Completed IT training, for example, as a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), or IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d)
• Or 1 year of work experience from a similar activity such as IT Technician (m/w/d), Hardware Technician (m/w/d), Support Technician (m/w/d), etc.)
• Ideal would be mostly experience in supporting the hardware and software mentioned under Tasks
• User experience in a ticket system or comparable documentation workflow
• The user's concern is important to you, you work independently and goal-oriented
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking and good English language skills for support calls
