IT-Regular Technician (m/w/d) in Kassel

We are looking for several IT-Regular Technicians (m/w/d) for a renowned customer immediately.

Tasks

• Maintenance of the IT environment at a fixed location.
• Taking and solving IT problems.
• On-site support as well as telephone/remote solution.
• Recording disturbances and creating tickets.
• Hardware support for Windows Notebooks/Detachables/Convertables; MacBooks; iPhones/iPads.
• And support for operating system-related software such as iOS/iPadOS, MacOS, Windows10, MS Office, VDI Software.
• Issuing and returning notebooks.
• Maintenance of German- and English-speaking users.

Qualification

• Completed IT training, for example, as a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), or IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d).
• Or 1 year of work experience from a similar activity such as IT Technician (m/w/d), Hardware Technician (m/w/d), Support Technician (m/w/d), etc.
• Ideal would be mostly experience in supporting the hardware and software mentioned under Tasks.
• User experience in a ticket system or comparable documentation workflow.
• The user's concern is important to you; you work independently and goal-oriented.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, and good English language skills for support calls.
