We are looking for several IT-Regular Technician (m/w/d) in Frankfurt am Main (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Maintenance of IT users at technology locations
• Taking up disturbances and creating tickets in the ticket tool
• Solving IT problems using knowledge database or consulting with the team
• 1st Level Support for hardware such as Windows Notebooks/Detachables/Convertables; MacBooks; iPhone/iPad
• and support for operating system-related software like iOS/iPadOS, MacOS, Windows10, MS Office, VDI Software
• Error analysis and summary in the ticket system for 2nd Level
• Issuing and returning notebooks
• Maintenance of German- and English-speaking users

Qualification

• Completed IT training, e.g. to Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) or IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), advantageous
• Or 1 year of work experience from a similar activity like IT Technician (m/w/d), Hardware Technician (m/w/d), Support Technician (m/w/d), etc.) in the last 3 years
• Ideal would be mostly experience in supporting the hardware and software mentioned under Tasks
• User experience in a ticket system or comparable documentation workflow
• The user's concern is important to you, you work independently and goal-oriented
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking and good English language skills for support calls
• Driver's license and police ID card
