Tasks

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for IT professionals. You will be in daily contact with candidates, build a strong network, and know exactly what's happening in the job market.

You are not just a recruiter, but also an advisor, sparring partner, and labor market specialist.

Your activities include, among others:

• Recruiting, selecting, and guiding IT professionals, from starters to experienced specialists;
• Actively searching via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities, and other innovative sourcing channels;
• Conducting intake, selection, and career interviews;
• Advising candidates on their careers and developments within the IT market;
• Building and maintaining a sustainable network of IT professionals;
• Writing and optimizing vacancy texts and labor market campaigns;
• Experimenting with AI tools to source smarter, work faster, and guide candidates better;
• Contributing to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and new recruitment strategies;
• Identifying market developments and translating them into opportunities for Working Talent.

Requirements

You have already laid a solid foundation in recruitment and are ready for the next step. You know how to find scarce talent, easily build relationships, and get energy from advising candidates.

Additionally, you possess:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) work and intellectual level;
• 2 to 4 years of experience in (IT) recruitment;
• Experience with active sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, among others;
• Affinity with IT and technology;
• Interest in AI and the ambition to apply it within recruitment;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.
