To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Recruiter (m/w/x), who with passion and instinct identifies and approaches talents or IT experts, and successfully brings them together on exciting customer projects.

Location: Esslingen / Remote / Germany

Working hours: ca. 20-25 hours per week (flexible)

Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruiting process in the IT field (Embedded Hardware/Software/Testing - Automotive, Defence, Energy, AI, Consulting)
• Identification and approach of IT experts (Active Sourcing over LinkedIn, networks, and freelance platforms)
• Conducting pre-screening interviews and candidate evaluations
• Counseling and mentoring candidates throughout the entire recruitment process (permanent employment, ANÜ, freelance)
• Tight cooperation with the Technical Sales Team to define job profiles
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A STRONG CANDIDATE NETWORK
• Preparation of candidate profiles for presentation to customers
• Maintenance and further development of the entire candidate pool (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot, freelance platforms)
• Market analysis and identification of new recruiting trends (e.g. AI tools)

Qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Good technical understanding for IT roles and technologies
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Pleasure in dealing with people and building long-term relationships
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Fluent German and good English skills
