Aufgaben

You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, designing the candidate management and helping to find the right fit for our top talent. Then you manage the entire employee lifecycle. At mITblick, you can expect a wide range of interesting tasks.

Aus einer Hand

You define the staffing strategy, select communication channels and work together on implementing innovative, target-group-specific recruitment strategies as well as personnel marketing and employer branding measures (e.g. job fairs, events and mailings, etc.). You accompany applicants from the first getting-to-know-each-other conversation to contract formation and are there for your colleagues.

Recruiting und Talent Acquisition

You passionately follow recruiting trends and build a sustainable talent pool through continuous screening of candidate profiles and active sourcing, writing to suitable candidates via direct approach.

HR und Personal

You shape the company culture with us and contribute to promoting employee commitment and engagement. Routine tasks like maintaining all relevant HR data management processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and administering contracts, etc., are within your responsibility.

Qualifikation

• You have expertise in managing recruiting processes, handling various recruitment channels and social media platforms, as well as experience in active sourcing.
• You possess several years of experience in the field of tech-recruiting and ideally have gained your experience within an agile environment, a consulting company or the service sector.
• You are a communication talent and convince with your positive attitude and professional appearance.
• You enjoy recurring tasks like maintaining and updating the candidate and employee database.
• You have completed a degree (field of study: economics, technical business administration, personnel management, etc.) or a vocational training in the field of personnel.
