At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including 3 years in IT. Possibility to work from our Warsaw office at least 3 times per week. The ability to run end-to-end recruitment processes independently (from screening to onboarding). Strong English skills, allowing you to confidently speak with technical experts from outside Poland.
