IT Process Manager (m/w/d)

An international machinery manufacturing company with high technical expertise and a long market presence is looking for an IT Process Manager. The company develops, designs, and manufactures high-quality process and equipment solutions for the industrial food production industry and supplies customers worldwide. The focus lies on customer-specific machines and equipment that convince through precise processes, high product quality, and reliable industrial usability. In the context of further expansion, we are looking for a new IT Process Manager:in (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Maintenance and development of the ERP system proALPHA
• Analysis and optimization of business, production, and logistics processes
• Development of IT infrastructure and data exchange with other software systems
• Ensuring high process and master data quality in ERP
• Implementation of should-be/actual comparisons and derivation of improvement measures
• Coordination of updates, release changes, and ERP-related projects
• Collaboration with departments and external system and software partners
• Preparation of evaluations and decision-making bases
• Support and training for users

Qualification

• Experience in ERP and process environments, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing company
• Understanding of business and production processes and their representation in ERP systems
• Structured, analytical working style and affinity for numbers and data
• Experience in project work and dealing with different stakeholders
• Self-reliant, solution-oriented working style and team ability
