As IT Process Manager Digitalization (m/w/d), you will shape the digital transformation of the IT and process landscape actively and significantly increase the efficiency of corporate processes. You combine technical expertise with process knowledge and work closely with IT, departments, and quality management to successfully implement innovative digital solutions.

Tasks
- Further development and operation of the ERP system landscape, as well as conception and optimization of the document management system
- Analysis, modeling, and improvement of business processes, including implementation of digital workflows and automations
- Steering of digitalization and process projects, as well as coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Closely working with departments and quality management to ensure efficient and audit-compliant processes
- Moderation of change processes and active promotion of the acceptance of digital solutions within the company
Qualification
- Degree or training in the field of business informatics, computer science, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of ERP and DMS systems as well as business process management (BPMN 2.0), agile or classical project management
- First experiences with quality management, compliance, and standards ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
- Structured, analytical working style and excellent communication skills
- Interest in digitalization, processes, and continuous improvement
