IT Project Technician (m/w/d)

You love leading IT projects to success? As an IT project technician, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and realization of our customer projects. You will work closely with our team and our customers.

Tasks

As a project technician, you are responsible for the technical execution and realization of our customer projects.

• You implement and operate complex IT infrastructures for our customers.
• In close coordination with the project management, you take over the technical leadership in projects and execute them independently.
• You communicate directly with our customers during the project implementation and address any arising issues.
• In coordination with the system operation, you make changes to the customer infrastructure independently and document these.
• You document changes to customer environments yourself and ensure the long-term quality of IT solutions.
• You take a leading role in introducing and commissioning our ITaaS solutions.

You have modern tools like Microsoft 365, ticket, RMM, and documentation systems at your disposal.

• You are a qualified IT specialist with passion for smart IT solutions.
• You take over responsibility in projects and find pragmatic solutions.
• Communication with customers is second nature to you – you explain complex matters clearly.
• You have secure written and spoken German language skills as well as good English language skills.
• You are motivated by variety, teamwork, and new challenges.
