#ArbeitenBeiDaVita: What's expected of you

• You'll take on end-to-end responsibility for complex IT projects with a focus on cloud migration and infrastructure automation.
• You'll plan, steer, and accompany migration projects to modern cloud environments like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• You'll develop sustainable migration strategies together with our teams and test different approaches like Rehost, Refactor, or Rearchitect.
• You'll drive the expansion of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and modern automation solutions forward.
• You'll be a point of contact for workflow automations and support the introduction and further development of solutions like N8N and similar technologies.
• You'll serve as a central interface between IT, departments, and external service providers and ensure transparent communication among all project participants.
• You'll keep track of project progress, risks, resources, and budgets and lead to suitable measures from there.
• You'll moderate Dailies, Plannings, Reviews, and Retrospectives and support collaboration according to agile methods like Scrum or Kanban.
• You'll identify optimization potential and shape modern, efficient, and scalable IT processes together with the team.
• You'll work closely with our infrastructure, security, and application teams and bring your ideas actively into the further development of our IT landscape.

#TeamDaVita: What you bring

• You have a successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• You possess several years of experience in IT project management and have ideally already led cloud or infrastructure projects successfully.
• You bring a solid technical understanding of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Topics like Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern deployment processes excite you.
• You have ideally experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, N8N, or similar solutions.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) are advantageous but not a requirement.
• You convince through communication strength, analytical thinking, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
• You work structured, solution-oriented, and keep an overview even with complex projects.
• You move confidently between technical teams, departments, and management levels.
• You possess fluent German and very good English skills in writing and speaking.
• You live in the Hamburg area and enjoy the mix of team work on site and flexible remote work.
