About naymspace:

naymspace is a software company. It was founded by a developer and is run by a developer. Our mission is to develop tailored software - together with our customers and in our highly qualified, 23-member team.

We choose technology and working methods that fit optimally to the project and requirements. Our project teams consist of two to four software developers with the required skills and one project manager. Worked is done calmly, honestly, and with a decent portion of dry humor.

Tasks

YOUR TASKS:

• You take care of planning, organization, leadership, and implementation of software projects independently.
• You oversee your projects from A to Z. Starting with requirement gathering and offer preparation over project organization, accompanying development, and customer communication up to quality assurance. While keeping budget and timing in mind and taking responsibility for the project's success.
• You function as an interface between customers and developers.
• In collaboration with the project management team, you synchronize on resources, utilization, project progress, and current issues.

Qualification

Your Profile:

• You have already gained practical experience in IT project management – ideally in an agency or software environment.
• You bring understanding of web technologies – you don't need to code, but should know what's going on with things like frontend, backend, CMS, or interfaces.
• You work structured, can prioritize well, and keep the overview even with multiple projects.
• You are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy working together with customers and developers.
• You wish for a weekly working time between 30 and 35 hours.
• Your salary expectation lies between 52,000 and 60,000 euros (full-time equivalent).

NICE TO HAVE:

• You are creative and enjoy developing graphic designs – whether classic with tools like Sketch or modern with AI tools like ChatGPT, Lovable & Co.
