IT Project Manager Software Implementation (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as an "IT Project Manager Software Implementation (m/f/d)".

Responsibilities

• As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and manage international customer projects for the implementation of software solutions in the areas of maintenance and fleet management.
• As a central point of contact, you will coordinate the collaboration between customers, internal departments, and external service providers.
• You will capture and analyze customer requirements and translate them into structured technical specifications and work packages.
• Furthermore, you will take over project controlling, including milestone planning, risk analysis, and actively counteracting deviations.
• In addition, you will be responsible for stakeholder reporting and ensure transparent communication with customers and management.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification forms the basis; alternatively, an IT apprenticeship with several years of project management experience.
• You have sound technical understanding of software architectures, interfaces (APIs), and development processes for the secure management of technical service providers.
• Ideally, you have professional experience as an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), Project Leader (m/f/d), Product Owner (m/f/d), or IT Consultant (m/f/d).
• In addition, knowledge in the areas of maintenance, workshop processes, or fleet management is advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of classic and agile project management methods and confident use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project are important; fluent German and English skills round off your profile.
