IT Project Manager Software Implementation (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as „IT Project Manager Software Implementation (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As IT Project Manager (m/w/d), you will lead and control international customer projects for the implementation of software solutions in the field of maintenance and fleet management.
• You will coordinate the collaboration between customers, internal departments, and external service providers as a central interface.
• You will identify and analyze customer requirements and translate them into structured technical specifications and work packages.
• In addition, you will take over project control including milestone planning, risk analysis, and active countersteering in case of deviations.
• You will also be responsible for stakeholder reporting and ensure transparent communication with customers and management.

Qualification

• The foundation is a completed degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification; alternatively an IT training with several years of experience in project management.
• You have a solid technical understanding of software architectures, interfaces (APIs) and development processes for safe control of technical service providers.
• If desired, you bring professional experience as an IT Project Manager (m/w/d), Project Leader (m/w/d), Product Owner (m/w/d) or IT Consultant (m/w/d).
• In addition, knowledge in the context of maintenance, workshop processes or fleet management is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of classical and agile project management methods as well as safe handling with tools like Jira, Confluence or MS Project; fluent German and English skills round off your profile.
